The group was formed by Michael Bell, Ali Chemais and Richard Irwin who recognised an initial opportunity to combine their financial and construction experience to offer best practice development skills in emerging and niche markets.
Their first developments were commenced in Romania, one of the most exciting property markets in recent years and it is in this market that the core team operates.
